186. Make money for celebrities - Promote $2 million+ houses for sale
This idea is very easy. Many celebrities (like television, music celebrities) can use their celebrity status to sell expensive houses.
Like houses for sale starting at $2 million all the way to $30 million houses for sale.
The celebrity visits the house with their (girl)friends and makes a video of a tour of the house.
They can even hold a party there, which is recorded on video.
Then, once the video has been made, it is promoted with social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) to millions of followers with one post.
The commission can range between $20,000 and $200,000. So if a celebrity asks $20,000 per house promoted and can shoot a video of 2 houses per week, then that's $40,000 per week x 52 = over $2 million per year of income.
R. Kelly could ask $20,000 per video, Snoop Dogg can ask $50,000 per video, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez can ask $200,000+ per video so they could make up to $20 million per year.
Also, the more followers they have on social media, the more each house is promoted.
