As you know, for US companies to recruit an employee can cost over $5,000-$10,000 easily.
They usually submit their job vacancy to 1-3 paid job websites, at very high cost like $249 per month (limited at 50 resume views), all the way to $999 per month, and then they wait months if not 1 year to get an employee that fits the job description from 1-3 paid job websites.

This requires, for each job vacancy, you fill in the complete job description on each job website and you follow up the process. It may take several days of work for you to place 1 job vacancy on 100+ free job websites.
Please ensure you include a specific email address for each company, like a Gmail, for example: suppose the company is Microsoft, you create an email address Microsoft_Hiring@gmail.com, or more professionally, you create an extra email address of your corporate webserver like Microsoft_Hiring@YourRecruitmentCompany.com and use auto-forwarders to Microsoft, the company's email address of HR.
The follow-up process also requires you to forward all the emails (like resumes of applicants) from this email address to the human resources email address of Microsoft, which can go automatically with email forwarding of your web server. Compile a listing of free job websites and job boards where your service will send the job vacancies of your customers! Charge between $99 and $199 per month or a flat fee of $499 to companies to help them recruit employees cheaply and you are a millionaire in 1-2 years time! Also, this idea can be applied for any country, not only United States jobs!
