194. Take care of seniors - Make $2,000-$3,000 per month
As you know, the baby boomers are retiring en masse (there are over 48 million seniors, 65+ in the United States who need more care).
What if you offer seniors for $2,000-$3,000 per month you take care of them. You wash them, you cook for them, you wash their clothes, you drive them around. 8 hours per day. Then you go back to your home/family. 5 to 7 days per week.
This is an easy job. Grandparents can hire their (grand) children, if they are unemployed, to take care of them.
What is possible too, is they live in with you. Thus with you and your wife and children.
You rent out their $200,000+ house for $75-$100 per day on AirBnb.com so they can pay you to take care of them for $2,000-$3,000 per month. They also have a pension. They can do babysitting for your children too, so your grandparents can babysit and which saves you money too.
With this $2,000-$3,000 of income and you on unemployment benefits or welfare, you can make ends meet when your grandparents live in with you or when a senior couple lives in with you.
This is a win-win. You take care of them, they take care of your children like babysitting and you make more money than a low-paid job.
This easy money-making idea can be applied worldwide, in the United States, Europe, Asia, etc
Also, these seniors don't need to go to an expensive nursing home (costing $100,000 per year), which saves a lot of money on the inheritance for their children.
People who are doing nursing jobs are even more likely to take care of the elderly, their (grand)parents, when they need nursing care.
You share your family car expenses (they don't need to drive around anymore, you drive them around)
In most cases, they watch television or play cards, so these are easy jobs!
You can tax-deduct expenses too, like on your tax return, you claim they are a dependent.
In poor countries, it is normal: (grand)children take care of their (grand)parents. (Grand)parents like to see their (grand)children grow up so they like your offer.
